This is the mood I’m channeling today. Birds as truth tellers, now and always. Be brave, find beauty, and believe in flight. Hard things aren’t supposed to be easy and we have some hard things ahead.

Celebrating 30 swims in Greenland…this kid beat us all for cold water dips! Air & sea temps are holding steady in the thirties so at least there’s no shock to the system 🥶
